Do Unto Others As You Would Have Them Do Unto You

That is the core of being "other centered". Ask yourself...

Do you treat others with care and concern?
Do you respect their time? Keep appointments?
When in a conversation do you truly listen or are you busy thinking of a story to tell of something related that is about you?
Have you ever said to someone when in a disagreement ..."You shouldn't feel thay way"
...and have you ever thought of how you feel when it is said to you ?
Have you ever just walked away from a conversation while someone was midsentence? Or ended a conversation/hung up the phone while the other person was telling a story?
Ever run into an old friend and spent the whole time updating them on YOU without finding out about them?

We all have friends or know people like this and we ourselves may have been guilty. BUT we can change our behaviour :)



So, I guess the point is to think before we speak, seek before we share, be thoughtful before we call other thoughtless.

Global Warming ....WHERE ???????!!!!!!!!!

Here I sit freezing my butt off in the middle of JUNE, and I wonder where is all this so-called global warming ? Honestly, even I am not that thick as to think global WARMING causes FREEZING temperatures...lol.

To prove this here is a test for all the pro-ponents of the global warming camp ;)

1. take a room temperature cup of water
2. put it in a pan on a stove
3. apply heat from lightbulb at close range to top of cup (without touching silly)
4. add 6 ice cubes to the cup (mini icebergs)
5. wait to see ice melt from global warming (aka lightbulb) and then make water colder and colder ..... what........ya mean the ice cubes melted and the water continued to warm ? Really ?? Hmmmm

So, this below average COLD weather hereby proves that global warming is NOT the culprit and frankly it also disproves global warming in general.
